I spent 25 years in education. Started as a teacher, worked my way up to Dean, and along the way I realized something: most online courses are terrible. Not because the content is bad, but because nobody taught the instructor how to teach online.

So I went independent. Now I work with coaches, consultants, and subject matter experts to build courses that are clear, engaging, and structured around how people actually learn. I bring the instructional design rigor from my academic career and apply it to real-world courses.

I also build things. Software tools, automation workflows, websites. I believe the best way to serve your clients is to build systems that scale your expertise without scaling your hours.

Before all this, I trained 39,000+ professionals across all 50 states, built notary education programs from scratch, ran a department, and somehow found time to learn enough coding to ship my own products.
